An intimate evening of style and storytelling featuring Family Nurse Practitioner and the Founder of HerNext, a virtual clinic focused on women’s hormonal and metabolic health.

With over 12 years of clinical experience in both acute and primary care, she brings a thoughtful, evidence-based approach to women’s health. In her clinical practice, she developed a strong passion for supporting women through hormonal changes in midlife. She saw how often women were told everything was “normal,” even when they didn’t feel like themselves, and wanted to create a different kind of care.

That’s what led her to create HerNext, where she focuses on personalized support for women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and weight changes, so they can better understand their bodies and feel like themselves again.
