Description
The Tarot is more than a deck of cards. It can act as a mirror of the psyche and a doorway into the living field of synchronicity. In this seminar, we’ll explore how the Tarot works as a symbolic system that sparks meaningful connections between our inner life and the outer world. Drawing on Jung’s ideas about complexes, archetypes, the collective unconscious, and synchronicity, we’ll see how the cards can open fresh ways of understanding both our inner dynamics and the unfolding events of our everyday experience.
Through illustrative demonstrations of Tarot readings, along with guided reflections and lively discussion, we’ll look at how the images of the Major and Minor Arcana show up at just the right time to bring meaning and wonder into our lives. Rather than being mere fortune-telling curiosities, the cards emerge as synchronistic constellations that reveal the symbolic interplay of psyche and world. They can highlight an unconscious complex, shine a light on a developmental task, or echo something happening in the outer situation, always inviting us into a dialogue with the unconscious that is both playful and profound.
This seminar is for those who already know Jung’s work and would like to explore how Tarot can be used as a creative and psychologically grounded tool. You’ll leave with a richer sense of how synchronistic images can guide, challenge, and support the individuation process, and perhaps even a renewed appreciation for the way psyche and world are always in conversation.
