Join us at The Switch Off to disconnect from technology and reconnect with yourself.
Our short, silent digital detoxes, give you a moment of calm and self-reflection in an otherwise hectic schedule. Because sometimes the only way to ensure a bit of peace and quiet, is to diarise it!
Join up to 30 other women at The Store on Wednesday 13th November for some much needed time out (including meditation, a mindful colouring exercise and your choice of writing or collage activity).
Tickets are £15 and include a glass of wine or soft drink and all materials.
