Meet Isabel, creator of Wild Willow Alchemy – Folk Herbalist, Intuitive Reiki Master, Cacao Alchemist, Sacred Self-Care Creator, Holistic Chef, Death Doula, and Life Transition Support.
Isabel will be guiding a beautiful heart-opening cacao journey, inviting you to release stuck emotions, process forgiveness, and find closure. Throughout the day, gentle Reiki energy will be offered to support you as you navigate transitional spaces.

As part of the retreat, Isabel will also nourish you with meals crafted with care, combining herbalism, intention, and Reiki. Each meal is thoughtfully designed to support both your body and spirit, enhancing the overall experience.

Isabel will lead you in the creation of a Sacred Self-Care product. This personalized tool will help you anoint yourself, allowing you to carry the retreat’s healing energy and the support of the community with you long after it ends.

Meet Monika, Founder of Sol Rising Wellness: Certified Trauma-Informed Sound Practitioner, Quantum Healer, Evidential Medium and Psychic.
Monika will be holding a transformative group mediumship circle where you will connect with your passed loved ones through evidential messages that bring comfort and closure. This intimate gathering is designed to not only provide a powerful connection with the other side but also to help you build and enhance your own intuitive abilities. You'll leave with practical tools and insights to deepen your connection with those who have crossed over, empowering you to continue this journey on your own.

In addition to the mediumship circle, Monika will be offering a healing sound experience using quartz crystal singing bowls, elemental chimes, and the jupiter gong. These instruments are carefully chosen for their ability to attune your vibration, helping you ground, protect, and refresh your energy. Through this sound experience, you'll discover how to work with specific frequencies to connect more deeply with your intuition and bring harmony to your spiritual practice.

Meet Lex, Creator of Unveil with Lex and Sovereingty in Sobriety, Weaver of the Healing Arts -Certified Somatic Practitioner, Reiki & Angelic Reiki Teacher, Ceremonial Magick Guide, Death Doula, AcuDetox, Akashic Records.
You will walk into a beautiful, intentional altar space created by Lex and engage in a ceremonial ritual. This ritual is a powerful way to focus the energy and intention so it may alchemize in alignment with the divine.
Lex will guide you into returning home within your body through an empowering somatic practice called Trauma Release Exercises (TRE). It is where you will open up to your natural shaking mechanism, releasing stored trauma, tension and stress in the body and activating your innate wisdom and intuitive gifts. Through this practice, Monika will integrate the sound of the gong to support your body's tremors. Through this process you will notice the spaciousness you create within as relief from physical pain emerges, clarity increases and heightened intution activates.
In addition to TRE, Lex will provide Reiki and Angelic Reiki energy throughout the day to support your grounding and integration of practices.
