About this Event

Utilizing music, free writing and other tools to foster a space of rejuvenation in Mental Health Monday. For an hour and a half, people participating will receive culturally responsive facilitation honing the opportunities available for centering self and others.

We are creating a culturally responsive, healing-centered space where we can identify and practice utilizing healthy coping mechanisms. By utilizing arts and information, we will celebrate protecting our wellness and strategize our mental safety. Hosted by Creative Strategies for Change, and facilitated by Bianca Mikahn.

A donation of $5-$20 is suggested, all are welcome! Your donations of any size keep this program open and accessible to all! Mental Health Monday occurs monthly.
