Exclusive to just 25 guests, this intimate five-course dining experience unfolds within the elegant Hampstead private dining room at Meliá White House, a space where culinary artistry meets the spirit of exploration.
Hosted in collaboration with the evening is a celebration of craftsmanship, connection, and the art of pairing.
Guests will embark on a sensory journey that reimagines gin through the lens of gastronomy. From coastal notes to woodland botanicals, each course curated to complement a distinctive Edinburgh Gin serve. Expect live cooking, storytelling, and guided tastings that bring flavours to life.
The experience begins at 6:00 p.m. with a signature gin cocktail reception in the bar, an opportunity to connect before dinner commences in Hampstead at 7:00 p.m.
