First Course
Tacacho Vegetariano – A traditional Amazonian dish of roasted mashed plantains, seasoned and served with fresh salsa criolla.

Second Course
Aguadito de Pollo – A comforting Peruvian chicken and cilantro soup with rice and vegetables in a flavorful herb-infused broth.

Third Course
The Peruvian Duo –Tender Lomo Saltado, sautéed with tomatoes, onions, and Peruvian spices, is paired with creamy Ají de Gallina, a traditional shredded chicken dish made with ají amarillo peppers. Two of Peru's most iconic dishes.

Fourth Course
Suspiro Limeño – A classic Peruvian dessert of silky dulce de leche custard topped with light meringue and cinnamon.
