I discovered the gift of sound therapy during one of the most difficult seasons of my life. I was recovering from two breast cancer surgeries while also going through a divorce.
The sound baths I attended gave me a safe place to release my worries, surrender them to God, and find moments of peace, stillness, and connection.
For those moments, I didn’t have to have all the answers. I could simply breathe, be still, and trust that God was with me.
Those experiences helped me find hope again, and ultimately inspired me to share the gift of sound therapy with others.

Please arrive a few minutes early to get settled in.

- A yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and any props that help you rest comfortably, you may also sit in a chair
- A water bottle to stay hydrated
