About this Event

The Sunday Series is turning one!

Over the past year, this has grown into more than just a workout - it’s become a space where people show up for themselves, build strength, and move with confidence together!

To celebrate our one-year anniversary, we’re elevating the experience. This special edition brings together strength training and pilates - two disciplines that complement each other through control, stability, and intentional movement.

For this class, you’ll be guided by two of Toronto’s top instructors in their fields:

  • Strength training, led by Cherise (@curatedbycherise)
  • Pilates, led by special guest instructor, Cristal (@cristalialuga)

Each coach will lead a portion of the class, creating a seamless, full-body experience that challenges and supports you in new ways.


What to Expect

  • A curated, full-body hybrid workout
  • Coaching from two expert instructors
  • An intimate, high-energy group environment
  • A DJ-curated playlist, created by Teefs (@teeefs), to elevate the experience
  • Community connection beyond the workout
  • Complimentary beverages by Geez Louise (@drinkgeezlouise)
  • Additional partners to be announced

  • A yoga mat

  • Comfortable workout attire
