Black Mat Society presents Dark Yoga. A slow flow yoga class set to the crushing calm of doom, sludge and black metal.
About this Event

Deep stretches, powerful holds and a steady pace that encourages focus, resilience and release. The music is dark and the movements are intentional. Embrace the calm within the darkness.

Saturdays from 11:30am - 12:30pm

Upstairs at Sneaky Dee's (College and Bathurst)

$20 per class, register your mat in advance or cash only at the door.

Nonperishable food donations welcome in support of the Fort York Food Bank.
