A 90-minute Sunday reset designed to slow you down, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect you to yourself before the week begins.

Grounded in The PLAY Method, this session blends pilates, yoga, breathwork and free movement through curiosity and awareness. There’s no pressure, no performance - just intuitive, supportive movement accessible to all levels.

Guided by Isabella Lloyd, this edition of The Sunday Ritual leans into mindfulness, release and nervous system support.

Expect a thoughtfully paced journey that weaves together:

• Gentle sequencing to release tension

Isabella’s approach focuses on creating safety in the body - helping you soften, regulate and reconnect.

We begin with grounding breathwork to settle the nervous system, building into mindful PLAY Method movement that creates warmth and flow.

The session closes with guided journalling and reflection - using breath and movement as entry points for clarity and intention-setting for the week ahead.
