This wellness-focused Sunday brings together mindful movement through Pilates Flow, deep relaxation with a restorative sound bath, and meaningful connection over a nourishing wellness lunch. Thoughtfully curated goody bags complete the experience, offering little reminders to carry the reset with you beyond the day.
