To coincide with National Iyengar Yoga Day 2026, Dorset and Hampshire Iyengar Yoga would like to offer new students the opportunity to come and sample Iyengar yoga for FREE!Whether you are an experienced yogi or a complete beginner, we hope you will come along and experience for yourself the fascinating Iyengar yoga style.
Iyengar yoga is a well established, thorough method of yoga with many physical and mental health benefits that is safe for all to practise, whatever your age, body shape, ability or level of flexibility.
Four local teachers will each be offering a 45 minute taster session, with attendees able to attend up to two sessions each. There will also be opportunity to meet and talk to the teachers around the classes, with hot drinks and biscuits provided.
Tickets will be limited for this FREE event, so please book early to avoid disappointment!
Each of our local teachers approaches their practice and teaching in their own way, and we invite you to come experience their teachings for yourselves.
