The Studio at SAM: Print Shop

Museums aren’t just places to look at art. They’re places to experience it. Together.
This fall, we're transforming the fourth floor into an open studio where something new is always happening. Step inside and make yourself at home: watch artists at work, ask questions, and create alongside them in our print shop. Gather for music, artist talks, family activities, and hands-on artmaking, or just settle into the lounge and take it all in.
Every visit offers something new. As artists and visitors create throughout the season, the gallery transforms—inviting you to return, discover what’s changed, and become part of the story.
All activities are drop-in, first-come, first-served. No registration required.
