Men’s - Beginner, Novice & Opens
Spots limited to 8 people per Category
EVENTS:
Max Log - 3 lifts
Car Deadlift - Max Reps in 60s (Tyre/Small Car for Women’s/Beginners)
Farmers - 40m quickest time, 60s time limit. 20m drop & turn
Loading Medley - 10m Yoke run, Load 2 x sandbags over yoke, 60s time limit.
Stone run - 6ft-4ft MEN, 5.5ft-4ft WOMEN, 60s time limit
£35 entry fee
This includes comp t-shirts, trophies for top 3, medals for all competitors
All profit from this competition will go straight to the Great North Air Ambulance Service
We would be grateful if spectators could make a donation to GNAAS instead of a spectator fee (charity bucket provided)
