Are you interested in a more natural approach to your skincare routine? Are you sensitive to many products on the market ? Would you like to know more about what goes into skincare products?
This workshop focuses on all of the above, plus introduces 8 specially chosen essential oils that can nourish and nurture our skin, promoting healing, reducing inflammation and redness and balancing the oils in our skin. We will be working with essential oils for all ski types, so there’s something for everyone.
We will begin with what goes into the skincare products we purchase, that can cause havoc with our skin barrier, leading to redness and outbreaks, and potentially more serious issues. Some interesting facts re what we are putting on our skin ! We will be looking at our skin barrier function, and how to tell if it’s in need of replenishment.
You will be blending yourself a cleanser and moisturiser to nourish and nurture your skin barrier function, and improve your skin condition.
Suitable for all, a fun interactive session.
