Heart Disease is the leading cause of hospitalization & premature death for women in Canada. Help raise awareness on February 21st and join us at The Strength Collective for a 1 hour guided circuit class. This special event aims to raise awareness and support women's heart health! Wear red to show your support. All proceeds from tickets will be donated to the Canadian Women's Heart Health Alliance.
