The Stoic Mindset: Justice as Kindness

What does Justice mean to you? Is it something we are born with, or is it something we can nurture? Justice was one of the four cardinal virtues for the ancient Stoics, and its cultivation was an essential part of the Stoic path. In this half-day course, we will contemplate, through discussion and guided meditation, our understanding of Justice, we will consider what it meant to the ancient Stoics, and then we will explore ways in which we can cultivate it for modern living.
