Inherited from the biggest Stage Combat Summer Course in the UK, and continuing the trend.
Running from the 20th to the 24th of July at the beautiful Junior King's School on the edge of the Roman city of Canterbury (with quick train links from London). The courses being taught are the following;
Standard: Unarmed, Single Sword, Rapier and Companion
Intermediate: Longsword, Baton, Unarmed
Advanced: Group Mixed Weapons, Sabre, Knife and Rope!
Free (included) evening workshops - Rigging, Fencing Sabre, Shanties, and more!
Fightreel course - 2 fights filmed on location, in costume, fully edited.
Accredited and Examined by the Actors Combat Theatrical Training Examination Board. Recognised by Equity and Spotlight.
This year the advanced theme is PIRATES! So get your costume on, shiver your timbers (If that's acceptable!) and break out the rum!
