Calling all 3rd–8th-grade actors: Spotlight Kids Thespians presents
Drama Fun Day — a Millhopper Montessori favorite!
Join us for an afternoon of laughter, creativity, and theatrical play. Drama Fun Day is filled with games, improv, pantomime, and plenty of fun — ideal for students who love performing or just enjoy imaginative play. Open to all 3rd–8th graders.
Event highlights
• Four rotating game stations:
Small groups rotate through four activity stations led by Spotlight Kids Thespians volunteers. Each station focuses on theater skills, teamwork, and play.
• Improv and pantomime:
Activities lead up to a final pantomime performance where students can showcase what they’ve learned.
• Snacks and water:
Snacks will be provided before the games begin. A water station will be available throughout the afternoon.
• Location and staffing:
The event will be held on the East Field and run by Spotlight Kids Thespians members.
Logistics
• Who: Open to all 3rd–8th graders.
• Group format: Students will rotate in small groups so everyone gets hands-on time and individual attention.
• Supervision: Ms. Sylvia and Ms. Fabiana
• Attire: Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes suitable for outdoor play.
• What to bring: Water bottle (optional) and a ready-to-play attitude!
• All Millhopper Montessori School rules and procedures must be followed.

• Date: April 24, 2026
• Time: 3:30 PM – 5:30 PM
• Location: East Field
Sign-up and fee
• After care fee will be charged.
• Sign up on the Media Center window by Wednesday, April 24, 2026. Please register by that date so we can provide snacks for everyone and finalize group preparations.
