Join us to bring in 2026 with The Spirituality of Body and Mind Winter Retreat. There will be yoga classes, discussion groups, a singing bowl sound bath, music to sing along or just listen and group meditations.We will explore the idea of finding stillness with questions about this theme and deep discussions in small groups to work on the answers.
There will be time to walk outside to explore the beautiful grounds, labyrinth, and trails overlooking the Hudson River. The land at Mariandale is a complete ecosystem, home to a wide variety of wildlife, including many species of birds. Keep your eyes open for eagles.
The Center is spacious and all of the guest rooms are private and comfortable with reclining chairs and lamps that make for ideal reading, or you can find a spot in one of the communal areas to read and write (bathrooms and showers are shared per guest floor). Meals are included, we serve breakfast, lunch and dinner daily, buffet style.
Welcome in the New Year with this spirituality retreat, meet new friends, connect with old friends, relax and rejuvenate! This is a co-ed retreat, open to all people.
