A weekly gathering to explore various meditative practices to enhance our spiritual path. There will be a weekly meditation followed by a short discussion. The Only Requirement: a Yearning for a Contemplative Community.This meditative session will take place on Thursdays from 4:30 - 5:30 pm in the Chapel at Mariandale, with presenters Fernando Camacho, MD and Maeve Eng-Wong. Start date is Thursday October 2, and the end date for this season is Thursday, December 11.
