Upon arrival at 6pm, you'll be welcomed into a sanctuary where like-minded souls gather to celebrate and connect with the divine. At 6:30pm, we commence with a sacred cacao ceremony, a ritual that dates back centuries. Cacao, revered as a 'Food of the Gods', is not only a physical heart opener but also a spiritual one. It gently guides us into an open, receptive state, perfect for deep inner work and communal bonding.
Accompanying the cacao ceremony, we'll dive into the world of sacred texts with soulful poems and readings, providing food for thought and stirring the soul.
The spiritual journey continues with Kirtan led by Michelle from Mantra from the Heart. Kirtan, a form of devotional chanting, is a powerful practice for elevating the spirit. It's not just singing; it's an immersive experience that transcends the ordinary, creating a bridge between our earthly presence and the divine. The repetitive nature of the mantras in Kirtan helps quiet the mind, allowing us to experience a deeper level of awareness and connection.
Following the Kirtan, we'll embark on a half-hour drum journey, tapping into the primal power of rhythm to explore deeper layers of our consciousness.
The day will gracefully wind down with an hour of ecstatic dance led by DJ, a freeing and joyful expression of our inner transformations experienced throughout the day.

Originally from an opera and musical theatre background, Michelle embarked on an amazing journey of self-discovery through bhakti yoga and sound healing. She fell in love with the practices many years ago and hasn't looked back since.
Michelle is a multi-instrumentalist, composer, and versatile singer who loves to hold kirtan, sound healing, and ecstatic drum dance events. She has come full circle and is back singing in concerts as well as performing as a belly dancer.

At the heart of Spirit Shift is our Medicine Mama, Tai, a dedicated guide with a decade of experience in spiritual nurturing and personal development. Tai embodies a multitude of disciplines, serving as a Kundalini Yoga instructor, Reiki master teacher, Sound healer, and an Energy Alchemist. She's also a certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, NLP Practitioner, Spiritual Counsellor/Life Coach and Meditation Guide, with a special connection to urban Shamanism.
Known for her deeply insightful instagram WonderFull Wombman, Tai shares wisdom-filled articles that kindle self-reflection, enhance inner awareness, and foster spiritual growth.
Tai's passion lies in guiding others on their inner healing journeys. Her tranquil, heart-centred spaces inspire profound healing experiences and encourage alignment with the Divine. As the bedrock of Spirit Shift, Tai is committed to leading you towards personal growth and spiritual elevation.
