Come join the magic of a Somatic Journey under the the final Full Moon of the year.
Harnessing the power of Somatics, Cacao Meditation and the Full Moon, we will honour the cycles of Mother Nature as a way to decide,.
"How do I want to walk out of 2024 and how do I want to step in to 2025?"
Using gentle Somatic Practices, you will place your body in the optimal state for the release of those things you want to let go and to liberate your mind, body and emotions.
And, as the day draws to a close, we'll do a specific practice to set powerful intentions ahead in to 2025 ❤️
Complete with 2 bonus journals.. A Moon Journal to help you begin your relationship with the moon ahead of the retreat and on the day you'll receive you're very own "Witch Journal" to keep the magic flowing in to 2025.
