The Spelling BEA: Beacon’s First Adult Spelling Competition

Think you can still spell "definitely" without autocorrect? Time to prove it!

Join us for an evening where adults rediscover the pure joy (and terror) of standing up, spelling out loud, and potentially embarrassing themselves in the most delightful way possible.

This isn't your elementary school spelling bee — expect words that would make your 4th-grade teacher blush, vocabulary that reflects our wonderfully complicated adult lives, and plenty of good-natured heckling from the audience.

Whether you're a grammar nerd, a crossword champion, or someone who still confuses "your" and "you're" (no judgment), this event is designed for maximum fun and minimum pretension.

You can compete, or simply watch and heckle. Prizes for winners, consolation snacks for the spelling-challenged, and guaranteed laughs for everyone. BYOB (Bring Your Own Brain). Dictionaries strictly prohibited!
