The Space In-Between: A New Year's Day Sound + Movement Experience

Rather than talking things through or setting resolutions, this experience works through the body—allowing what’s been carried, held, or left unfinished from the past year to move, soften, and settle.

This is not a high-energy or goal-driven movement space. You’ll be guided through slow, accessible movement sequences designed to help your body release tension, process emotions, and find a more natural rhythm.

For those who feel it, this may mean matching the quieter, more dormant energy of the Earth—moving gently, resting when needed, and letting the body set the pace.

Throughout the experience, therapeutic sound practitioners will be circling the room, offering live, responsive sound that supports the movement, responds to what’s happening in real time, and helps the nervous system settle as the body releases.

Vocal sounding will be woven in as an optional way to support expression and flow.

Through movement and sound, you’ll be supported to:

• Move through leftover tension and emotions from 2025

• Settle your nervous system through gentle, guided motion
  
• Create physical and emotional spaciousness for 2026
