This month’s topic:
✨ Advocating With ADHD: Speaking Up for Your Needs ✨
Struggling to ask for accommodations? Unsure how to explain your ADHD needs at work, school, or in relationships? You’re not alone.
Join us as we talk about:
🔹 How to communicate your needs clearly
🔹 Requesting ADHD-friendly accommodations
🔹 Setting boundaries with confidence
🔹 Real-life strategies you can use right away
After a short intro, moderators Nic & Abby will lead an open discussion where you can share, learn, and connect with others who get it.
Open & FREE to all adults with ADHD but RSVP is needed. Use the Ticket button to save your seat.
Partners, family, and supporters welcome but everyone needs to RSVP separately.
This group offers support and shared experiences—not medical or therapeutic treatment.
Come join our community on Jan 4! We’d love to see you there.
