BRING: A yoga mat, small blanket and pillow. An eye mask is also great as well as a bolster. We have some mats available, as well as a few cushioned folding chairs.
WHAT: Sounds are all around us and even have the amazing ability to help bring relaxation and healing! Many studies have also been shown that sound can have positive effects in many other areas. In this relaxing sound bath, participants lie or sit in a relaxed state and take in the sounds of the crystal quartz singing bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, ocean rain disk, drums, chimes and more.
COST: $30 adults. College students and those ages 16-21 are $25.
No experience is necessary! This is a completely passive experience and you will leave feeling relaxed and ready for a wonderful night's sleep.
