Equinox Embodiment Experience

Find balance between light and shadow, rest and movement, yin and yang as we welcome Ostara, the Spring Equinox. As the sunlight continues to slowly grow our bodies awaken, thawing from our frozen winter hibernation, rebirthed anew. Gathering in community for a spiritual journey that embodies these shifts in nature and within ourselves. Begin by igniting intuitive connection through breath and oracle as energy is cleared from space and body with the use of sacred smoke. Activate expression through soulful sound, playfully singing and drumming as you connect with your inner child. Finding stillness, meditating and sipping on Mama Cacao’s sweet nectar as she opens and expands your heart space and capacity to experience love, compassion, and forgiveness, as well as processing grief. Pausing to journal what arises, releasing energy and attachment to paper. Moving the body, releasing physical and emotional tension through united asana and pranayama. Returning to stillness as the body rests in a guided sound bath supported by reiki, exploring the depths of the Soul and the dualities within. Sealing the experience by sharing and witnessing one another’s journeys in a loving, healing container held by kindred Spirits.

Beginner to advanced yogis are welcome.
