Bio

My name is Loraine. My journey into healing began in my early twenties, rooted in childhood struggles with body image, disordered eating, and a deep sense of disconnection. What once seemed like issues with food revealed themselves as deeper patterns of unworthiness, fear, and self-abandonment.

A turning point came when I discovered A New Earth by Eckhart Tolle, awakening a profound inner knowing and guiding me onto a path of spiritual and emotional healing. Through years of exploring modalities such as trauma healing, EMDR, Reiki, yoga, and spiritual psychology, I came to understand that true healing is about remembering who we are beneath conditioning.

Following an inner calling, I left Belgium to pursue both healing and music in the United States. My diverse experiences — from working with youth to leading in corporate environments — have shaped a compassionate, grounded approach to transformation.

From this journey, I created The Soulicious Method™, a unique blend of healing, coaching, and universal principles that bridge science and soul. Today, I guide others to reconnect with their truth, transform pain into purpose, and create a life that feels fully alive.
