I would love to invite you to a very special live SOMA Breath experience, led by myself, Niraj Naik, founder of SOMA Breath and Mindvalley’s breathwork author.
This year I am taking over an incredible venue so we can create something much bigger than a normal breathwork class.
We will be using our proprietary SOMA Breath Pro Studio headsets, which means everyone in the room can breathe in rhythm with the music, fully immersed, with no distractions. You simply follow the sound, move with the beat, and let the breath do what it does best.
Because we have our own venue for this experience, we can go deeper. My private events at MVU are legendary for this reason :)
We will move. We will dance. We will breathe together as one huge field of energy. And then we will use that state for a giant manifesting ceremony, clearing the blocks, old patterns, and heavy mental noise that can get in the way of what you truly want to create.
The MV tribe breathing together is something you will feel deep on a soul level. It is powerful, emotional, and a bit mad in the best possible way.
