About this Event
You spend so much time holding everything together. This is a space where you don’t have to.
Join us for an intimate gathering for women; a space to slow down, soften, and reconnect with your body.
Rather than sitting in a circle sharing our stories, we’ll move through a gentle, body-centered experience:
Grounding: We’ll begin together with ceremonial cacao, offered to each guest, creating a moment to arrive, settle, and connect.
Somatic Awareness: Through mindfulness, breath, gentle movement, sound, and body awareness, you’ll be invited to notice what your body is holding and give yourself permission to simply feel.
Rest & Connection: No pressure to perform, explain, or have the right words. Just a nurturing space to be with yourself and in the presence of other women.
✨ Spinal Attunement Experience: During our gathering, 1–2 attendees will be gifted a complimentary individual Spinal Attunement session, offering the group an opportunity to experience and witness this body-centered modality.
Spinal Attunement is not Reiki or traditional energy healing. It is a body-centered practice informed by principles of neuroscience, somatic awareness, and the relationship between the spine and nervous system. Rather than “sending” or transferring energy, the practitioner uses gentle, non-invasive cues intended to support awareness of the body’s own patterns, sensations, movement, and responses.
You don’t need to understand the modality beforehand—this is simply an opportunity to experience it and notice what arises in your own body.
