10:30am – All-levels yoga flow in the meadow with Regan Kinsella
11:15am – Guided sound meditation in tune with nature’s early fall sounds with Brooke Saffire
11:35am – Clothing swap with Resouled Threads
Bring your mat and 3–5 gently loved clothing pieces ready to find a new home for the cooler days ahead. Space is limited, so be sure to reserve your spot soon and carpool if you can, link in our bios!
