About this Event

The Soft Check-In is an invitation to stop holding, and start being held. A gentle, intentional pause in the middle of the chaos. A space where women can arrive exactly as they are: tired, wired, overwhelmed, or numb. No fixing. No performing. Just being.

You don't have to be okay here. You just have to be here.

This space is built especially for caregivers of all kinds, nurses, social workers, therapists, teachers, eldest daughters, community anchors, and anyone who has spent years holding everyone else up. You've given enough. Now it's your turn to sit down.

The Experience

You'll settle in with tea, then move through gentle breathwork, guided journaling, and optional small-group sharing. A closing ritual with breath and visualization helps you release what you've been carrying. You're welcome to take a small token or simply sit in the quiet before heading back into the world.What to Bring
