Released recently, Once I Was Wild is the 7th album from The Smith Street Band. It debuted at #2 on the Australian Artists ARIA Charts & #14 on the ARIA Charts, making it the 9th time The Smith Street Band have had a release in the ARIA Top 50 Album Chart.
To celebrate the release, The Smith Street Band are hitting the road again, touring capital cities across Australia with a few extra regional shows. They’ll kick off the tour at Northcote Theatre for a big hometown show, followed by shows in every state in Australia.
2026 will be the band's 17th year active, seeing them play nearly 1000 across 23 countries. Most recently The Smith Street Band spent 2 months touring regionally on the Australian east coast.
