The Slumbr Experience — A Guided Unwinding & Relaxation Wellness Class
About this Event
Whether you have been dealing with a sleep issue for years, or you just know work hasn't let your mind switch off properly in a while — this session is for you.
Most of us aren't sleeping as well as we could. Not because something is medically wrong, but because the day doesn't end when we close our laptops or end our day. It keeps running in our heads. Work stress, mental clutter, and a lack of any real wind-down routine mean that even a full night in bed doesn't always add up to satisfying sleep.
Why it matters
Poor wind-down doesn't just cost you sleep that night; it shows up the next day as a shorter fuse, foggier focus, and less patience for the things that matter. The good news: Winding down properly is a skill, and like any skill, it gets easier with practice.
What is it about
The Slumbr Experience is a 45-minute guided unwinding and relaxation wellness class designed to help you properly transition out of "on" mode and into rest, using techniques drawn from real sleep science, delivered at a slow and unhurried pace. No lecture, no pressure, no performance energy. Just space to practise switching off.
What to expect
A certified facilitator will guide you through Slumbr's signature framework, that is a structured wind-down practice combining mental and physical relaxation techniques used in clinical sleep science, adapted for real, busy lives. Expect a slow, warm pace, with plenty of silence and space. It is definitely not a class you have to "keep up" with.
This class is for you if:
· You want to wind down effectively, wake up with sharper focus and steadier energy, and show up during the day as a better version of yourself.
· You are looking for practical, sustainable support to obtain more satisfying sleep in the long term.
· You would like to practice in a community of like-minded individuals to keep your relaxation routine going.
You don't need to identify with any of these labels to belong here. If you are a busy working adult looking for a better way to manage stress, this class is an ideal way to do that.
