Ready to unwind and recharge? Join us in person for The Slowdown Sound Bath, an immersive sound experience that will help your mind and body relax deeply. Perfect for anyone needing a break from the daily hustle.
A sound bath provides an immersive, whole body experience that allows the brain & body to drop into restful states akin to meditation. Please bring a yoga mat and comfortable clothes to sit or lay down in for approximately an hour.
Tea will be provided at 6:30 pm to encourage socializing, and the sound bath will begin at 7 pm.

Bring a mat, wear comfy clothes, and come ready to rest, re-set, & restore.
