Join us June 27th for an unforgettable evening with Lemon Squeezy, the 2025 International Barbershop Quartet Champions known for their rich harmonies, playful musical style, and electrifying live performances.
Set inside our beautifully restored 1920s barn, this concert is part of The Series at Lavender Hill Farm, an intimate summer music experience where nationally touring artists perform for Northern Michigan audiences in a one-of-a-kind farm setting.
Arrive early to picnic on the lawn, enjoy preshow music in the amphitheater, and spend the evening surrounded by music, community, and the beauty of the farm.
About the Artist: LEMON SQUEEZY
Lemon Squeezy is a Swedish vocal group consisting of four gentlemen. Since singing our first chords together in 2010, we have had one goal: to sing as fresh and have as much fun as possible. Through the years, we’ve become well acquainted with many genres of music. While stemming from a strong Swedish choral tradition, we have truly found our footing in barbershop, jazz, and anything that grooves.
In 2025, we became International Barbershop Quartet Champions at the Barbershop Harmony Society International Convention in Denver, Colorado. We’ve recorded two albums, traveled all over the world, and created our own style with a strive to push the envelope of what an a cappella quartet can be.
About the Local Ground Artist: OWEN JAMES
Owen James is one of Michigan’s premiere guitarists, specializing in unique virtuoso solo finger-style treatments of Jazz standards, Bossa Nova favorites, Folk/Americana tunes and Rock, Pop & Soul classics by artists such as Frank Sinatra, Miles Davis, Antonio Carlos Jobim, the Beatles, James Taylor, Prince, Sting and many more.
As a soloist or group member, Owen has performed at venues across the country, including The Grand Hotel (Mackinac Island), The Jazz Kitchen (Indianapolis) and the Mount Hood Jazz Festival (Oregon). In addition to being an in-demand performer, Owen is also an accomplished composer.
