Welcome to The Self Image Circle!

Each month we will cover a different theme/element of self from body image, identity, beliefs and behaviours, career and relationships! This months theme is all around september reset, setting you up for a year of new season of self focus and settling into the seasonal changes!

The evening will look like this:

• Welcome circle and introduction
• Guided meditation & self enquiry journaling practice
• Interactive creative exercise based on the theme ( self portraits/mirror work/art)
• A chance to be coached by me in an intimate and safe setting
• A space to form deep friendships, connections and foster more community on your doorstep!
• A sharing platter/teas AND optional end of circle sunset dip!
