The Secret Book Swap - St Columba's Fundraiser Special

We don't judge a book by it's cover! We do bring a book we're ready to pass on, enjoy good book chat & pick up a new book to take home.

𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲'𝘀 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗶𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀

1. Choose a book you've read, enjoyed and are ready to pass on
2. Wrap it up - keep it simple or go fancy, it's up to you
3. On the night we'll each introduce our book to the group - Just don't share the author or title, it's a secret after all!
4. Then we each pick a book we like the sound of before we unwrap them together and discover our new book!

𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲'𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲...We'll also be joined by special guest author who will talk to us about their writing journey and their books.

AND just like at our regular Secret Book Swap events, we'll have a bookish themed parlour game and a share a banned book reading.

As this is a fundraiser for St Columba's we're doubling our group size and hosting one circle at the front of the shop, one at the back and we'll all come together for the activities and author chat. Other than the booking fee which is taken by EventBrite, all proceeds will go to St Columba's.
