About this Event

Join the Clark County Historical Museum for a special evening at the historic Hidden House, home of one of Vancouver's earliest founding families, as local historian Peri Muhich explores the remarkable and often-overlooked life of Grace Hulin Hidden.

While Grace is remembered as the second wife of Lowell Hidden, her story reaches far beyond her marriage. Learn about her family's legacy through generations of skilled stone masons, her connections to the Hidden family, and her lifelong commitment to serving the Vancouver community through numerous civic and charitable organizations.

The program will be held outdoors on the grounds of the historic Hidden House, built in 1885 by Lowell Hidden and located at the corner of Main Street and West 13th Street. This unique setting offers an opportunity to experience local history where it happened.

Light appetizers prepared by the Hidden House Event Space will be provided.

Space is limited, and advance registration is required.

This installmemnt of the Clark County Historical Museum Speaker Series is presented through the generous sponsorship of the Clark County Historic Preservation Commission, the Hidden Family, and The Columbian.
