Friday February 27th, Opening Night
• 6:30 – 7:30 PM | OG Flow Step into the original Yoga & Life Empowerment Flow—a powerful movement practice to ground you, awaken your energy, and begin riding the weekend’s wave.
• 7:30 – 8:30 PM | Weekend Kickoff: Setting Intention Join Sid & Liz for an intentional opening session. We’ll set the tone for the immersion, align our energy, and call in the beginner’s mind to prepare for transformation.
Saturday February 28th, Deep Dive
• 9:30 – 10:45 AM | Empowering Flow A dynamic asana practice to invigorate your body and spirit, guiding you into the rhythm of the perfect wave.
• 11:15 AM – 1:45 PM | The Search Immersion A workshop-style session inspired by The Search for the Perfect Wave. Explore how to ride life’s waves with grace, tap into inner Peace, and discover tools for aligning with your personal flow.
• 3:00 – 5:30 PM | Large Healing & Meditation Session A profound group healing and meditation journey. Together, we’ll cultivate collective Peace, release resistance, and deepen into stillness and harmony.
Sunday March 1st, Integration
• 9:30 – 11:00 AM | Integration: Life Force & Breathwork Close the weekend by rooting the experience into your body and daily life. Through guided breathwork and energy practices, you’ll connect to your life force and carry the flow of the perfect wave beyond the weekend.
