In this weekly group, Brandi Anne will guide you through Meditation & The sacred practice of Reiki. A soothing practice promoting overall well being through gentle touch and hovering hands to balance the body’s energy flow. Supports natural healing. In addition, Chakra Meditation clearing and aligning energy centers.

Subtle shifts are created in the energy field to bring equilibrium, reduce anxiety, improve mental clarity and promote overall well being.

Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing, bring a blanket or pillow as well as crystals or journals for your experience.
