I took The SE Leadership Institute (SELI) BlackBelt Leadership course in October 2024 with Stephen Morse. It was an insightful experience that helped elevate my tactical and strategic perspectives on all facets of SE leadership. Some things we will immediately action as a result of this course include:Metrics - enhance our department metrics with some additional indicators to help more accurately track deal risk and execution quality. The SELI metrics framework of hypothesis, communication, and evaluation is a best practice that will be leveraged. Utilization - supplement our utilization framework with some key learnings to ensure we have the time and resources necessary to make a positive difference on the right accounts.Leveling - augment key dimensions of each level to make career paths and expectations clear and transparent.This workshop provided me with actionable strategies to implement immediately to add value to our business. Learning from fellow attendees during the course was a highlight, sharing stories and approaches around POCs, compensation plans, and justification and productivity with new SE technologies and AI. Are there pre-requisites to attend?

No prerequisites are required other than currently managing or about to manage SE Teams.

Are there discounts available?

Yes. A discount is available if 3 or more people attending from your company, companies with existing SELI alumni, or on a personal financial need on case basis. Please contact us for details.

50% refund available 3 weeks prior to the event. Participants may transfer their ticket to another person by notifying [email protected] up to 48 hours ahead of the event.
