Info: In Chaos 2 Courage, retired peer support team leader, Sergeant Chris Littrell uses his post traumatic stress story to help the audience gain awareness on their stress reactions. Equipped with this knowledge, students practice stress management skills, discuss interventions, and learn about evidence based protocols to reduce stress and anxiety. This training applies to all positions within law enforcement agencies, from commissioned personnel to support staff, from line level employees to command staff.
