Science becomes magic as children transform experiments into imaginative stories and extraordinary botanical worlds.
Step into a world where science and imagination grow side by side!
In this sensory, hands-on workshop, children will join award-winning author Erni Salleh to explore the colourful universe of The Travelling Library Chronicles of Maizey Lee.
Using everyday ingredients like butterfly pea tea and lemon, young explorers watch colours shift, smell fragrant herbs, and jot down observations in their own “field notebooks.” They’ll then transform those discoveries into creative writing, inventing brand-new plant species with magical traits.
Every child leaves with an illustrated “Field Entry” and a fresh understanding of how curiosity sparks brilliant stories.
For Children 8-12. Children must be accompanied by an adult parents are free and do not need a ticket.
