These weekly sessions are designed to help you feel grounded and relaxed - and grow your meditative practice within a group.

You will learn some simple techniques for self-moderation and harmony, and enjoy the peace and company. These one-hour sessions aim to offer a deep refreshing dive into ourselves.

Heartfulness is an ancient heart-based meditation which can easily be integrated into a busy daily life. In a natural way, we come to experience connection with our authentic selves, leading to calm, compassion, balance and effectiveness.

Open to all above 18 years old – beginners and seasoned meditators alike.
