🌊 Beach Qigong: Sun, Moon and Sea
Join me on Boscombe Beach for gentle evening Qigong by the sea, moving with the rhythms of summer and the natural world around us.
These weekly Monday evening sessions (6–7pm, from 11 May) offer a chance to step out of the pace of everyday life and arrive somewhere more spacious — with breath, movement, and the steady presence of the sea.
We’ll draw on traditional Qigong practices, working with breath, imagery, and the energy of the Fire element in Chinese medicine — the energy of summer, warmth, connection, and quiet expansion.
Each session is guided and accessible, with simple, flowing movements designed to help you soften, release tension, and reconnect with yourself in nature.
You’ll be supported to move at your own pace, and there is no experience needed at all.
These sessions are open to everyone — especially those who feel they could benefit from a slower, more nourishing way to begin the week.
📍 Practical details
When: Every Monday, 6–7pm
From 11 May to 3 August
(Not running on selected Bank Holiday / break dates)
Where: Boscombe Beach (near Portman Ravine Zig Zag)
What to bring:
Something to sit on, water, and weather-appropriate layers
Weather:
Sessions run in most weather conditions. If the weather is unsafe, I will cancel by mid-morning on the day and update here.
