Ever wondered what makes your favourite sauces so addictive?
From the iconic curry sauce to creamy ranch, join The Sauce Lab and uncover the secrets behind the dips and dressings you love.
In this interactive workshop, participants will explore different flavour profiles, identify key ingredients, and learn how sauces are created from scratch. Through hands-on activities, youths will recreate popular sauces and customise their own unique versions based on their personal tastes.
Beyond cooking, this experience builds creativity, curiosity, and critical thinking. Participants will experiment with ingredients, analyse flavours, and refine their recipes—gaining confidence while learning that mistakes are part of the creative process.
Whether you're a foodie, aspiring home chef, or simply curious—come ready to taste, experiment, and create!
