Macrame Strap

This workshop introduces crafters to the art of macrame, where they will learn to create their very own stylish wristlets or water bottle straps.

In this workshop, participants will learn to:

• Understand the different types of cords and their uses.
• Explore color combinations to personalize the design.
• Learn fundamental knots such as Lark’s Head Knot (for attaching to keyrings or handles) and Square Knot (for creating patterns).
• Plan the length based on functionality.
• Ensure even tension and symmetry in knotting.
• Adjust mistakes and troubleshoot common issues.
• Trim and secure the ends for a polished look.

Age Requirement: This workshop is suitable for adults and children ages 6 and up.

Fee: $18 per pax for mobile strap, $20 per pax for water bottle strap
